Do you offer half board or full board service?

We do not work on these basis. The only service included is breakfast. However we work with a partner restaurant and have à la carte menus, where you can easily choose your meals, make the order directly with us and then it will be delivered at your Villa.

Do you have a barbecue grill?

We have electric grills that we put at our guests disposal.

Is the surrounding terrain suitable for bicycle riding?

Our cork oak forest is a bit sandy. If it doesn’t rain a lot, it’s possible to ride bicycles (but only in some areas). We also have the access road to Monte, which is gravel.

What is your pet policy?

It is with great pleasure that we confirm that we are a Pet Friendly Hotel. As we have a free alternative for our 4-legged guests, our kennel with individual boxes, we ask for an additional supplement for them to stay at our guests Villas. The supplement may vary accordingly to the size of the pet.

Is it possible to rent bicycles with a baby seat?

We have bicycles to rent, and we have one available with a baby carrier.

Do you have WiFi throughout the hotel (including houses)?

The WiFi network is available in the Villas as well as in all common areas of Monte do Giestal.

Is the outdoor pool available all year?

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year round, but is not heated.

How many bathrooms has the superior 2 bedroom villa?

Villa T2 Superior offers 2 bathrooms.
